1. Order Processing Time
All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Duration
- Metro & major cities: 3–5 working days
- Other locations: 5–7 working days
- Remote or village areas: 7–10 working days
Delivery duration may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen situations.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown during checkout
- Free shipping may be available during offers or promotional periods
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers receive a tracking ID / link via SMS or email to track their order status.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the address is incorrect, unreachable, or the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery
If a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proof such as photos or an unboxing video.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we deliver orders only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
