1. Return / Replacement Duration

Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery, only in the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Design or model mismatch from order

Note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund is processed only when:

  • The product cannot be replaced
  • The product is out of stock
  • The issue is valid & approved after verification

3. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Unboxing video may be required for damage claims

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized covers
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Normal wear & tear
