Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the product has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may apply for a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund on Order Cancellation

• If the order is cancelled within the allowed time → full refund
• Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
• Refund is credited to the original payment method

4. Situations Where Cancellation May Be Refused

• Order already dispatched
• Customized or personalized products
• Fake / misuse / multiple cancellation patterns

5. Order Auto-Cancellation

In rare cases, orders may be cancelled automatically due to:

• Payment failure
• Incorrect address / missing details
• Out-of-stock product

6. How to Request Cancellation

• Order ID
• Reason for cancellation
